NCERT books are very extensive and have in detail explanation for every concept. Role of NCERT Hindi Books in CBSE Curriculum
The prescribed syllabus for the CBSE board lies entirely in the NCERT books. Ask any CBSE student, and you would find him sticking to the NCERT book in hand.
